I have a brand new Sprinter CamperVan. Picked it up at Johnson RV on the 30th. Discovered the next day that the fuel gauge does not work properly. Brought to you on the 1st and was told that you would assess following week. I did not receive a status call. Went in on Friday and was told that it worked fine. I checked and it did not. Turns out it was never checked. Met with Ken (technician) that day. Said it will need a new fuel pump. He said he would order it right away and Andre would call to make appointment for early week of 4/11 for installation. I am still waiting for the call and it is very difficult to get to a rep by phone. Has the part been ordered? Will I get a call? Very frustrated More
