I went in to get work on my S430 took three weeks to get my car back the. After two weeks it breaks down again. Inconsistent, prolonged, incomplete, extremely expensive service that took four months and my car is still not drivable. Bit disappointed. Every time I take my car for service I get the engine light on, they said it’s coil problem but I only had 51 thousand miles on it and every year I t Every time I take my car for service I get the engine light on, they said it’s coil problem but I only had 51 thousand miles on it and every year I take it for serviced. And it’s hard to call the service dept. to address the issues. Finally I spoke with h the service manager and he gave me his office number to call him if there is more issues in my car. He seems very nice and listen my complaints and talk to Oscar. I don’t have problem with Oscar he is very nice and very helpful. But my biggest concern why is it every time I take my car to get it serviced, I get the engine light on? God forgive me but giving me a suspicious🤷🏻♀️ I know I don’t know about car. So I took them to the dealership service and put my trust on them. To take care of my Mercedes but always have to go back and fix the problem and pay $600.00 dollars extra. Twice it’s happening. I brought it there with no engine light problem, or no problem at all. but soon They hand it back my car, engine light comes on. The first time it happened a week after the serviced the engine light came on. this time is half an hour. I just can’t go back right away because it’s so traffic and I live at Seabeck. And the other issues too is I get the psi light too. That I can fix I know how to put air on my tires. “I hope next time I’ll take my car for service will not happen again” I know there’s always room for improvement. And I will continue to help for the honesty concern. Thank you. More
My first appt was cancelled and with a fight moved 2 month later. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to complete. I just got my van yesterday after 30 days and one day before my road trip. The brakes still squeak and the passenger door lock still does not work. Would like reimbursed for my storage lot for the additional 2 weeks you guys had it beyond what was promised. There were no follow up calls for progress unless I called first. What a way to run a business. More
