It took me over three weeks to get my car back, and I must admit I was a little unhappy. But once it was explained that they had trouble getting the parts because of shipping issues and that many of thei must admit I was a little unhappy. But once it was explained that they had trouble getting the parts because of shipping issues and that many of their staff were out with Covid, then I was satisfied that they’d done the best they could. My car appears to be working great and the cost was less than the original estimate so overall I’m quite happy with the service. More
Disaster from beginning to end. I took my car, 2021 C300, for a broken windshield. Service said they would order and call me when it came in. I called and ended up with the parts department. It had been in for months. Scheduled an appointment. Arrived and was told it would take all day and offered a rental. I prepared to wait. Later they told me, “not ready today”. I asked if they even had someone to work on the car today. “No”, they fessed up. I would have left immediately in the Morning if I had known that and rescheduled. In fact they should have called me an cancelled before I left home. I was promised the car on Friday. Because of the ferry’s Friday afternoon load, I asked them to call early to confirm. They did not call. I placed at least 5 phone calls on Friday. Because of ferry traffic I have to leave early. When they called after 2:00 it was too late to get a ferry (Friday afternoon ferry, over an hour wait.) Rep said he tried to call but had wrong number. I left the correct number several times. I do not believe that he tried to call. They are just disorganized, and frankly deceitful. The operator sent messages to him and to his manager to no avail. I finally got the car on Saturday. Worse experience I have ever had at any car dealer. 22 More
I was told that I would receive a call when my car was done. I called about 3 hours in and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back so I then called again after my car had been t done. I called about 3 hours in and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back so I then called again after my car had been there for 5hrs. I asked for an update and was told my car was ready for pick. I got there and they lost my keys and took an hour to locate. All that being said, I understand snafoos happen and everyone was nice: the general manger talked with me and was very apologetic. More
