My service was fine. Very friendly staff. I did have to wait 3hrs for a rental car and we weren’t real pleased with the car we received, but happy to be given a car. We had the protective coating installed in the front of our 550 G Wagon. Found a mistake on the hood and we’ll need to make another appointment to get it fixed. Hoping the next time will go smoother. Had a recall on my vehicle that brought me to the dealership on 26 August 2021. Three days at the dealership before a servicing technician decided a part had to be ordered from Germany. I wasn’t notified when the part arrived (due on or about 10 September), though I had called to check in early October and was told I’d be called back by the service manager to give me a update. I never received that call. I eventually drove to the dealership in late November and learned the part had arrived. When the service appointment to have the part installed occurred, I learned the part was unnecessary and the problem was my license plate cover had restricted my backup camera function (no backup camera had been the unresolved portion of the original recall). So, three days in the shop and they couldn’t figure that out and I went there months without a functioning backup camera (needlessly). More
I contacted the dealership about a Four Two and was promptly emailed back by Brandon. We arranged a time to meet, and he even spoke to the Lyft driver when we had trouble finding the dealership. Brandon helped me navigate through the paperwork to find the best deal on the car and arrange for me to meet with his manager Jordan Delang. Jordan was professional and helpful with the financial side of the car buying. Unfortunately, I had to bring the Four Two back due to a lack of charging stations in the area I live in Seattle. Without missing a beat, both gentlemen helped me with securing a second car. I am very happy with my VW Jetta! Weeks later, I am still in love with this car! Great job Tacoma Mercedes Benz! More
