Well, i brought my car in to get a diag and when i went ti go lick my car back up i got approached and was asked if my car was left the way the same way as when i dropped it off and it was not, my car was ti go lick my car back up i got approached and was asked if my car was left the way the same way as when i dropped it off and it was not, my car was ran through my stuff was stolen and they havent done anything about it. But my service advisor Alexa was very sweet and answered a of my questions that i had and was patient with me even tho i was a bit impatient and curious of what was going in with my car. More

I was scheduled for a recall service on my Sprinter Tiffin motor home on the 11th of November and was told it may take 2 days because they were running behind schedule. I received my vehicle back on th Tiffin motor home on the 11th of November and was told it may take 2 days because they were running behind schedule. I received my vehicle back on the 18th of November but didn't look over the vehicle until I got home to hook up electrical power. I was going to enter through the coach door when I notice the two locks on the coach door looked like someone had taken a screwdriver to the locks. I checked my outside storage compartments and found another lock had been tampered with and has disabled the door and compartment. I notified Mercedes of Tacoma and basically was told you have no responsibility in the matter. I need to call the police to file the report, call my insurance company etc. I believe Mercedes of Tacoma has responsibility to let customers know you have security issues and do not except any vehicle until you can complete the service the same day. I had asked to speak to a Manger when I notified you and still have not received a call. Very disappointing in your customer service. More
Unfortunately, the only game in town for sprinters. Always understaffed. Seems like there is only 1 mechanic on site, ever. Extremely long wait periods due to exhaust recall. Here's the problem. Mercedes won't allow other mechanic shops to repair these trucks. So when your store is the only one that can, they get backlogged and expensive. If i had ANY other choice. I'd happily go there instead. More
