I took my 2020 E-350 sedan in for B service. From the moment I got there the staff were friendly and attentive. My service advisor, Amanda Hares was terrific. Service representative did not return 3 calls to advise work status, then left for the day. We made contact with another service representative who did advise status. Did not receive brake wear measurements. Service writer was left a hand written note to contact me by another service rep/cashier who checked me out. Worst customer service ever. I called many times to check on the status of my vehicle; which they had for over 30 days. Refused to return my calls even after several promises that they would and several atte on the status of my vehicle; which they had for over 30 days. Refused to return my calls even after several promises that they would and several attempts on my part to speak with someone. Finally on fourth attempt, at day 36 in the shop, I got a return call telling me my car had been completed "for awhile" and they didn't know why no one ever told me that. I have my phone records showing no message was ever left for me. When I finally picked up my vehicle, they had no bothered to charge it and it was almost empty. I will never return. More
