Scheduled a appointment for a recall airbag 3 weeks in advance. I requested a loaner and was told they were not available. Was told it would take 2.5 hours. Arrived at 10am and was told that it would take advance. I requested a loaner and was told they were not available. Was told it would take 2.5 hours. Arrived at 10am and was told that it would take until 2-2:30. Received a text saying it would actually be 4-4:30. I stayed on-site for the first bit, but left to go eat. I took an uber to and from the dealership. I came back at 4:45 and was told my car still wasn’t done and that it would be finished by 6pm, when the dealership closes. I asked again for a loaner car. I live over an hour away and needed to leave. They again said that no loaners were available. I expressed my frustration and they said they would call enterprise to get me a car. Enterprise was closed so I waited in the lobby. Around 5:30 they said my car done and offered to vacuum and was it which I appreciated. Got to my car and realized they had barely vacuumed it and did not was it. It had multiple leaves on it. I will never return to this dealership. I have been a Mercedes customer for 7 years and frequent the Portland dealership and they are amazing! Night and day difference. Please feel free to reach out if you want to follow up. More
Very hard even to get through phoning in. My car service was delayed--supposed to be notified the next morning when I could pick up. Then a requested service not done (navigation update). Had received Email directly with $99 offer through 12/31 but dealer was not familiar and quoted $800 for update. When provided copy of Email, service rep is supposed to be 'looking into it' but 5 days later have not heard a word. LOVE my Mercedes cars but HATE the Fife service department! More

In the middle of a 1,500 mile trip and the check engine light came on. The service department with only one tech had me back on the road in about 6 hours. I was very grateful that M-B T could service my light came on. The service department with only one tech had me back on the road in about 6 hours.
