There was a lack of communication when it came to the loaner car process. We were told that they were out of loaners so we would be able to use Enterprise to get a comparable vehicle of no cost to us. Ho loaner car process. However, when we arrived at Enterprise we had to pay for a comparable car because only the basic rental was included for free. If they would have been clear about the cost, although nominal, I would have arranged for drop off and pick up rather than spend additional money to rent a car after spending money to have my car serviced. Definitely below my expectations for a luxury car company. More

Your service rep needs to be more attentive and customer centric. When I got there, I waited until whatever they were trying to enter in their computer before my presence was acknowledged. She asked what I am there for and I told her for service and ask my name. She keyed in my information and then with an attitude told me that I’m don’t show on your schedule. At first I thought I got my dates mixed up but I looked at the text reminder that was sent to by your company confirming my appointment. I showed it and told her that I drove from Olympia to get my car serviced and I don’t intend on rescheduling it. Her response is that if you made appointment online it gets lost somewhere. I told her that is not my problem, your IT needs to fixed your system so that it syncs. Also it would have been great to get informed on approximate time for them to finish the job. I bought my car in Bellevue and had taken it there for repairs and I got an excellent customer service. I thought that all luxury dealership have high standards. Between my husband and I we both have 2 vehicles that we alternate using. I have my Mercedes and Jaguar and he has a Nissan Frontier and a BMW X-3. So far the dealership where we take our other cars for service have given us excellent customer service. Guess I have to return to Bellevue Mercedes for my car service More
Shannon reminded me that amazing customer service still exists. OMG she's the best! She was friendly, knowledgeable, gave us space when we needed it, and was truly trying to make us happy from start to fin exists. OMG she's the best! My very first NEW car! I’ve never purchased a brand new car off the showroom floor before and truly had no idea what to expect. I needn’t have worried. Every employee I interacted with, from sales to finan car off the showroom floor before and truly had no idea what to expect. I needn’t have worried. Every employee I interacted with, from sales to finance to “tech support” was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. They steered me through the process and no one tried to take advantage of my inexperience. Most important: their follow up in the days following my purchase has been remarkable…I have no doubt that they genuinely want to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Prior to this experience, I mistakenly thought all car dealerships were alike. I was so wrong: I’ve since learned that this particular dealership is family owned and their commitment to their employees (they were committed to not losing a single employee when the pandemic hit) has paid off…their employees genuinely want to help. It’s not about just making a sale that day. They are creating return customers for life. While this was the first new car I’ve ever purchased, it won’t be the last. And I will always return to this dealership. If you are considering buying a Mercedes, do yourself a favor and make the drive to this dealership. You won’t be disappointed! More
