They follow up after every appointment and seemingly actually CARE about the service they and their shop provides. Best Service! We came in from out of town and were in desperate need of some service on our c class. The worst customer service I have ever received I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with the service that I received from this dealership. I took my car in to be serviced for something that Me I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with the service that I received from this dealership. I took my car in to be serviced for something that Mercedes is extending the warranty for because it is malfunctioning. I left my car on a Friday and was told that it would be done by Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to confirm that it would be done on Wednesday. Yes I was told. Then on Wednesday no call from the dealership. I called them and they said Thursday. On Thursday no call from the dealership. So I called them. They told me that they would check and call me right back. No call from the dealership. I went this morning and they told me this afternoon. No loaner car even though they kept my car for a week! Evidently whatever is wrong with my car is so dangerous that I should not drive it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, My next car will be a Lexus not a Mercedes. More
Expecting customers to do all the work to buy a car Walked into the dealership to order a car. Slam-dunk sale, replacing another MB. Knew what I wanted. Configured the car, paid a deposit and waited and waited and waited. Checked with the dealership - orig salesman quit. New sales guy - oh yea, should be in by July. 3 weeks later get a call. Oops the orig sales guy never placed the order, Tries to roll me into a car that doesn't come close to what I ordered. 2nd guy quits 3rd guy comes in says car i want can be ordered, but 2019 come in all wheel drive only. But we have these cars on the lot that we can sell you or you can wait until a 2019 can be ordered. Delivery time Dec. Almost a year after the orig car was ordered. Nope - refund my deposit. Still waiting, no response from dealership when I want to know where it is...Avoid this place at all costs. More

During the course I have always been pleased with my service at Mercedes-Benz. Last week I called and was told Leland would be the best one to help. During the course of our conversation we were disconnected, I thought he would call right back. No call so I called and was told he had just gotten on the phone so I thought he would be calling me...no such luck. I ended up calling back several times ... each time he was unavailable. I ended up leaving 3 different messages asking Leland to call me. I have NEVER received a return call and it has now been 5 days. More
Unfortunate changes This was my 5th vehicle I have purchased with Audi and Mercedes of Abq. In this last version sales manager was not cooperative in sales portion of m This was my 5th vehicle I have purchased with Audi and Mercedes of Abq. In this last version sales manager was not cooperative in sales portion of my current vehicle. The finance manager was dismissed or quit (not sure) in middle of my transaction. Therefore paperwork was missing and license plate was wrong and has never been rectified. Paperwork is still showing previous vehicle under our name to this day and with financing with MBFS. Today, taking my car in for regular service there has been some kind of policy change where service does not take care of the loaner cars. It has to go through another person there extending (and wasting) time. Something which used to be a 15-20 minute process - even with multiple clients, to a 50-55 minute process. Complete waste of time and efficiency. Not sure what is going on with this dealership but not a change for the better. -Bruce C More
Service tech Leland - one bad apple We took my wife's car in for diagnostics this week, no concerns with the diagnosis but I do have concerns with one specific employee in the service de We took my wife's car in for diagnostics this week, no concerns with the diagnosis but I do have concerns with one specific employee in the service department named Leland. From the get go this employee was very short when having a conversation with him. Leland called me today to advise what the diagnosis was, I had a couple questions about the details shared which it seemed he did not like. Each question was interrupted with a one answer response. Seemed as though he could care less. When picking up my vehicle today, Leland was just as rude as he was over the phone. I was helped by another service member (who was very very professional and courteous) , Leland would not discuss the questions I asked directly to me. He responded as if I wasn't there. I called him out on his customer service and his response was, " I am very busy, that's probing what you are feeling. I am not short with any customer it is not in my repertoire bud ". What??? I held my tongue and finished up. I have had interactions with other service techs at this location and they have all been GREAT. Very courteous, approachable and very professional. All it takes is one bad apple to make you feel very upset about choosing to do business there. I hope this reaches management at Mercedes and is not swept under the rug. More
Worst service department especially Leland Just bought a s63 from out of state took it to Mercedes to have an inspection done since I have a small arbitration window with the seller. Leland in Just bought a s63 from out of state took it to Mercedes to have an inspection done since I have a small arbitration window with the seller. Leland informs me that the Mercedes is a section 8 vehicle with a voided warranty because of a aftermarket intake, chip and tune. It was disclosed as intake only by the seller and I am unable to find anything where it had been chipped or tuned prior. The vehicle has only 18k miles. I call Mercedes and they have no record of section 8 on the vehicle and they state the warranty is still in full effect. So I call back to Leland and I ask him for proof the vehicle is section 8 and that warranty is voided. He states that he can not help me he just now put it in section 8 himself and I will have to wait to get the information directly from Mercedes once it’s processed. That is completely different then what he told me from the beginning and a weasel way of doing business. He could’ve showed me what had been done and been honest by telling me he was now going to void my warranty himself not that it had previously been voided. Beware if you bring your car to Leland he will fight for his commission which are much larger if the service bill is paid by the customers instead of the manufacturer. This is a common problem with heavily commissioned based service writers. But it usually boils down to their moral compass and Leland’s is pointing towards his wallet. More
