Isa Lawrence "Best Customer Service Ever"!!! Mr. Lawrence made my first time purchasing a Mercedes a excellent experience. I always feel like sales people try and get over on women, but NO Isa di Mr. Lawrence made my first time purchasing a Mercedes a excellent experience. I always feel like sales people try and get over on women, but NO Isa did not make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale, I actually felt like he had my best interest in hand. He was very patient due to the fact that I kept going back and forth on the model that I wanted. It was very late when we finished the paperwork but Mr. Lawrence still took me out to the car and programed my Iphone and proceeded to show me all the features in the vehicle and how they worked. Isa wasn't pushy or rushing me through the process, He was genuinely concerned about making sure I was happy with my purchase. I have already recommended my friend to Mr Lawrence letting her know she cheated because I did all her homework for her by using Isa to purchase her first Mercedes as well. Thanks for all your help.
