Absolutely the worst service on the planet. Jim is a BIG problem at this body shop. He attempted to break my seat in front of me during a personal melt down. We are hiring legal to get our car away from the problem at this body shop. He attempted to break my seat in front of me during a personal melt down. We are hiring legal to get our car away from these guys. Jim refused to perform duty of providing quote on repair work. The service writer did not know how to combat this crazy behavior. You will not be more disappointed if you choose Alexandria Mercedes. Big, big issues with low level helpers in the repair shop. Jim is a pathetic rep. Don’t risk your vehicle at this location.
