Before we left the dealership, Jerry showed us how to work the car's Comand system and set up Bluetooth for the phones. The financing group was also very helpful and did not try to push options on us that we didn't want to purchase. They explained each option, then left it up to us to decide what we wanted to purchase. I also traded in my old vehicle and the process was quick, straightforward, and painless.
