The service our 2025 MB GLS450 received at this Mercedes Benz dealership in Ann Arbor was outstanding. After quite some testing, it became clear that I could not proceed with my journey, the car would need to return for further service. Nevertheless Kara and the master technician, Dino, stayed with me until they were confident that I could drive my car back home, now much past closing time. I returned the car for service when a loaner car was available the following week which Kara arranged. I am happy to report that my car is now back to normal. I don't really do much reviews as a consumer on things I purchased or on the customer service related to the purchase but I felt that I have to say something about our experience at this dealership. It started with me trying to find another vehicle for our household as our 16 year old got his license and we needed an extra vehicle at the house. After some unprofessional and no clarity situations at other car dealerships I stumbled on a 2016 c300 mercedes benz at mercedes benz ann arbor. I was contacted by Brody at sales and he set up an oppointment for us to see the vehicle. When we got there the car was outside and ready for us to test. It was me my wife and my son. After the test drive we decided to buy the car and the experience was flawless from paper work negotiations and setting up a final deal that we are comfortable with. The car had a Crack on the windshield and they replaced it as part of the deal which was a breaking point for us to buy the car. The whole process was professional and caring. We felt that we bought a 100 thousand dollars car meaning that the care and attention of Brody the salesman was top notch service. Two days after we picked up the car we noticed a gas smell in the cabin and I contacted service at this dealership and they asked us to bring it right away to examine it. Cara at service and I am hoping I am saying her name correctly was as professional and caring as Brody and took the car in service right away to be examined and the diagnosis was a faulty fuel line that was under manufacturer warranty. Cara gave us a brand new mercedes as a loaner to use until our car was repaired. The following day the car was ready and we picked it up. Through out all my years of buying vehicles it is very rare to have that kind of professionalism and care regardless of what you buy. They will have my business and my families business.
