Always a great experience:-) Shannon is very flexible and goes above and beyond to accommodate the appointments for any kind of service for both of my Vehicles. Absolutely Disappointed – Buyer Beware! I never write reviews, but I felt compelled after my nightmare experience with Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. If you’re considering buying or leasing I never write reviews, but I felt compelled after my nightmare experience with Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. If you’re considering buying or leasing a car here, save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration that I’ve endured. 1) Leasing a Broken Car – Total Negligence They leased me a car with a broken strut. There was a service bulletin indicating my car’s VIN could be impacted, but instead of doing their due diligence and checking the car before handing it over, they did nothing. I drove the car for just 24 hours before discovering something was wrong—sure enough, it took over three weeks for them to “fix” it. Clearly, making the sale is all they care about; your safety and experience mean nothing once the paperwork is signed. 2) Dismissive and Unhelpful Service Department Once the initial issue was sorted, a new problem appeared: my backup camera started making a loud clicking noise, turning on and off every single time I braked. It took three weeks to get a service appointment with a loaner. Two days before my appointment, I got a voicemail from Mercedes Benz telling me this noise was “standard operating procedure.” They never even saw or heard the car! Are we really supposed to believe that Mercedes Benz engineers designed a backup camera to make an obnoxious noise at every stop? That’s insulting. Worse yet, my appointment was canceled without any discussion. After waiting three weeks! When I called back and insisted my car needed to be checked, they acted as if I was being unreasonable and left a note making it seem like I was wasting their time. Extremely dismissive and entirely lacking in any sense of customer care. Blatant Disregard After the Sale Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor wants your money, but once the sale is made, you’re left on your own with whatever problems your vehicle has. Their service attitude is unhelpful and apathetic at best. Could it be because I’m a woman that I was treated so poorly? Sadly, it crosses my mind. Maybe if I’d brought my dad or husband with me, they would have taken my concerns more seriously. I shouldn’t have to wonder, but here we are. Bottom Line: This is my first and LAST experience with Mercedes Benz. In three months, I’ve had nothing but headaches, runarounds, and appalling service. Find a dealership that actually cares once you sign the contract. I cannot in good faith recommend Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor to anyone who expects even a basic level of respect or customer service. The service has improved although the first people that greet you should be friendlier and smiling not looking like they hate their jobs. A loner was available to me this time but not ready. You could still step your service department up a notch. I liked the video of checking my car over but I would have like it even more if you showed me the work actually being done. Nice job of cleaning my car. More
Great environment and friendly staff. Would’ve appreciated updates of how long I still had to wait but otherwise will definitely be my dealer in the future. Would’ve appreciated updates of how long I still had to wait but otherwise will definitely be my dealer in the future. More

Everyone there was awesome. Brody helped us through the entire process. And was very patient as we had a hungry toddler on our hands. Brody helped us through the entire process. And was very patient as we had a hungry toddler on our hands. More
The employees were nice. There are many hidden costs you are not made aware of. The service department quote a price and it was doubled when they were done. A month af There are many hidden costs you are not made aware of. The service department quote a price and it was doubled when they were done. A month after the first service after only driving 7000 miles in first year the washer fluid light came on. I was low washer fluid after one month service. I checked under the hood and it looked like they did not even open the hood after charging me over $500 for 7000 miles of driving. I would not recommend this dealership. More
Extremely Disappointed – Theft from My Car During Service I had my car serviced at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor, and my experience was beyond disappointing. When I got my car back, I discovered seve Service I had my car serviced at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor, and my experience was beyond disappointing. When I got my car back, I discovered several personal items were missing. It’s a violation of trust to think that this dealership would steal from a customer’s vehicle. I met with the General Manager to discuss the situation, and he promised to provide video recordings of the service area to help resolve the issue. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I never received the promised footage. Additionally, I attempted to reach out to the service manager, Ray, multiple times, leaving voicemails, but he never returned my calls. As a result, I’ve had no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Ann Arbor Police Department. I strongly urge anyone considering service at this dealership to stay far away. The lack of accountability and professionalism is astounding. I will never be returning, and I recommend others avoid this place if you value your property and security. More
