After conducting an internet search for a 2010 Mars Red GLK with tan interior, navigation system and rearview camera, we located only 2 available for sale in the U.S. The one with lower mileage and lower c GLK with tan interior, navigation system and rearview camera, we located only 2 available for sale in the U.S. The one with lower mileage and lower cost was at Mercedes Benz - Annapolis, MD. We live in Oklahoma and had never purchased a car online before, but sent an email to the dealership to inquire more about the car. Jim Turk contacted us within just a few minutes. He was gracious in answering all our questions and made us feel totally at ease that what we were viewing online and what he was telling us about the car was what we would actually get. We gave him a credit card deposit over the phone to hold the car until we could work out payment/pickup arrangements. A few hours and phone calls later, we had flights reserved for a trip 2 days later to Maryland to pick up the car. Upon our arrival, Jim picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership where the hospitality was wonderful! We drove the car and it was EXACTLY as Jim told us - not one thing was wrong with this car. We then spent time with Tom Stancavage in finance to finalize all the paperwork. Honestly, we dreaded the "finance guy" due to the typical pressure to purchase optional insurance, etc., but Tom was low-key, pleasant and enjoyable. He also secured a loan rate for us that was much better than anything we found. Jim then spent time with us explaining all the car's features, even though it was past closing time on a Saturday. Thanks to Jim (and Tom) this was by far, the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will not only do business with them again - even from Oklahoma - we'll encourage our friends here to do so as well. We had wonderful communication although I had an abundance of questions (We were buying this car 2 hours from our home in PA). Arriving to the dealer we were offered the restroom and refreshments. All the staff was excellent. The icing on the cake was while the abundance of paperwork was being completed they sent us to a local restaurant complimentary (WHAT DEALERS DO THIS...?)
