With patience form the salesman I drove for a few minutes. He was good to explain what I needed to know. When we returned and sat down to negotiate the price I had more than one scenario to deal with. This did not bother him at all. Our salesman was very low key and allowed us to get all of the information we needed to take home and mull over. My experience was just what I would hve expected for a Mercedes-Benz dealer - exceptional. More

Excellent service. The sales staff were friendly, professional, and dedicated, but not too pushy. The staff stayed open 3 hours after closing to make sure we got what we wanted.
