It was a pleaseure buying a car from this dealership. Beginning with my first phone call to Mr. Benso, until my car was delivered, Mr. Benso went above and beyond to meet my needs,including staying after Beginning with my first phone call to Mr. Benso, until my car was delivered, Mr. Benso went above and beyond to meet my needs,including staying after hours on several occasions to meet my schedule. Mr. Benso went as far as washing the car I eventually purchased himself (in a suit and tie), after hours and during a snow storm, so I could see it cleaned up. Although I bought a previously owned vehicle, I felt like I was treated the same as if I was buying a car off the showroom floor. The dealership was very accomodating to my needs, including the sales manager's personal attention. This dealership really understands how to provide customer service. I have dealt with this organization on many occasions and will continue to do so. Mr. Benso is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes product. He went out of his way to explain all of the cars options/features. I would highly reccomend Mr. Benso and the dealership as the entire staff made the experience wonderful. More

The reason for this review is to let the public know what a wonderful experience my husband and I had buying a Mercedes-Benz. Granted it was used, but what a beautiful vehicle. In any event, our salesperson, Casey Duffy, was not only pleasant and personable but very accommodating as far as getting us in the car and out the door. Wait,it wasn't like that. It was even better. There were some scratches on the vehicle, it was an 01, and I wasn't happy, so what did Casey do? He had all the scratches painted, the car was spotless inside & out. I couldn't have been more pleased. Think about it. A ten (10) year old. Did Casey really have to do all he did? Not really. But because he's the great salesperson he is, he went above & beyond and we would go back to Mercedes of Annapolis in a heartbeat. Thanks Casey More

This was one of my best experiences working with a car dealer. All comms with the Wayne Discuss were excellent and the vehicle was in pristine shape. I found Michael Benso to be extremely professional without being pushy. He asked enough questions to find our my needs and most importantly...he listened. After deciding to buy a new Cadillac CTS and having an agreed deal, I decided to spend one more day checking out other cars just to be sure. Am I glad I did. My wife and I walked into Annapolis Mercedes and were immediately greeted by Doug. I had never considered a Mercedes as we had always bought American, but the quality of Mercedes was second to none. We were sold after the test drive but the staff just couldn't have been nicer. Even though we were buying an entry level C-class we were treated like we were buying a $100,000 car. We reached a deal on Friday night and went back to pick up the car on Saturday my birthday and the great treatment continued. Free Lunch, a golf umbrella, coffee mugs, and two awesome keychains. If the service department is anything like the sales staff I have found a dealership for life will always buy Mercedes. A special thanks to Doug our salesmen who took the time to show and explain everything to us as this was our first look at Mercedes, even though he was scheduled to go home 3 hours earlier! My wife and I walked into the dealership just to look at cars. We had not planned on buying a new car that day. Shortly after buying the car I was transferred to Washington State and recently someone backed into the front of the car and broke the Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis license plate frame. I contacted Mike and he promptly sent me two new replacement frames and two key chains free of charge. I really appreciate the great service I received before and after the sale. Having own both Mercedes and BMWs in the past, we knew those were the only brands we wanted to consider. After test driving both and speaking with the BMW dealer and Steve McElroy at MB Annapolis, our choice was clear - definitely the ML and definitely buying it from Steve. Steve was knowledgeable and friendly - gave us options for making the purchase earlier than we had planned but without being pushy. Generally speaking, I don't tend to like salesmen - but Steve is the exception. I would highly recommend him and MB Annapolis to anyone who is considering a Mercedes (or a BMW ;). More
