I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. We went to look at and test drive the E550 Cabriolet. We made an appointment with Al Zayas. When we showed up he had two different Cabriolets that were washed u look at and test drive the E550 Cabriolet. We made an appointment with Al Zayas. When we showed up he had two different Cabriolets that were washed up and sitting directly outside ready for us to view. After spending some time reviewing the car, Al Zayas gave us the keys and let us go on an extended test drive. We were gone for about an hour. When we returned he asked us if everything was satisfactory and then did not pressure us at all, told us to let him know if we had any other questions or if he could do anything else for us. We then went to view the BMW and also the Jag. We did not have the same experience there. Later that night we called Al Zayas back and told him we liked the car but it had to be in black. He said he would look to see what he could get. He called us back and told us that they had a black one that was already on order and was supposed to be in by the end of the week, and that he would call us when it came in. Two days later Al called to say that the black E550 Cabriolet was received and he had it prepped and cleaned for us to see. We made an appointment, and when we got there, Al met us outside and all he did was hand us the keys. We went on another short test drive and my wife said "this is it". We came back to Mercedes-Benz and Al asked how the drive was. We told him we loved the car. He asked us if we wanted to take it home. We said yes. We went inside and Al Zayas went to the manager and then came back with a great deal. We accepted the deal, and 30 minutes later the paperwork was completed and was ready for me to sign. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz and Al Zayas. It is truly a blessing to have worked with a professional sales person at a luxury dealership. More

Michael Benso was great to work with. This is my 5th Mercedes. The other four had all been purchased from the same salesman. Unfortunately, he passed away, so I had to find a new one. Bought our first MB a stunning C300 4Matic Arctic White with a black roof. Our car hunting started about 4 months ago. We are expecting our first child so it was time to get rid of the two seater sports with a black roof. Our car hunting started about 4 months ago. After a lot of Internet searching and comparison we (unfortunately) bought a Subaru never even considered a MB at that point. Long story short the Subaru was a lemon so we got our money back, the lemon laws do work! So the hunt was back on only this time we were being very picky. Not wanting to go through the whole lemon ordeal again we drove car after car going from dealer to dealer. We were not happy with most cars out there and thought nothing would fit what we were looking for. A sporty AWD sedan with some power for the fun factor and safety for the family. We drove by Mercedes Benz of Annapolis admittedly laughed and said heh...why not we can at least look. We walked in knowing that the C300 4Matic falls into our category. Shortly after we were greeted by Mr. Al Zayas, he was friendly and listened to what we wanted. He took us right the floor model and began to let us explore the features as he explained some features in the car. The car looks great, has all the features we wanted so it was test drive time. Mr. Zayas took the time nearly most of the morning letting us drive different models never once trying to "close the Deal" like so many other dealer/sales people. Not decided yet we went off to drive a few other vehicles but from a combination of rude/bad dealers and unworthy vehicles we went back. Mr. Zayas worked out some numbers that we felt great with (I think we got a great deal - Thank You)and we had our first MB. I have never had a more easy time buying a car than this experience. More
