I was immediately contacted via email by the sales team, as well as the General Manager (Mr. Dunphy). I was met by Jim Turk on arrival. Jim is professional and friendly. He enjoys his job and made the process of buying the car I wanted a pleasant one. He is an asset to the dealership. I worked with Tom S. in Finance, and he was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience of buying a new '11 Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Our salesperson, Mr. Derek Nedd, was excellent--very personable, answered all our many questions as well as suggesting possible options, and very knowledgeable about all parts of the vehicle(s). He made sure we understood about leasing the vehicle, even though we ended out buying the car. We definitely appreciated him speaking to the manager about our dislike of the Mocha Almond interior in the convertible we test drove. In a very short time the manager located the same car (Paladium Silver) with an Ash Gray interior, which we clearly preferred and purchased. The financial part of the transaction was efficient and actually made more pleasurable by Mr. Tom Stancavage. The dealership and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We continue to enjoy our new car and learn something new about its operation every time we drive it (we still have a lot of reading and practicing to do!).
