I came to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis to purchase a new GL 550. I had been driving a used GL 550 for several years and loved it, but it didn't have all the new features or Bluetooth capability. We arrived late in the evening and we were greeted by Steve McElroy. Steve was very polite and professional, even though it was late in the evening. He showed us the new options on the 2011 GL 550, give us the pricing detail and arranged for a test drive. We were in a hurry and scheduled a meeting the next week when the car arrived. Steve called frequently to notify me of the status of the arrival of the new car. When the car arrived I test drove the car, learned all about the features, sync my iPhone, and given complete details on how to operate the car. Steve referred me to Michele to complete the paperwork, which I dread, but Michele was very courteous and had all the paperwork ready to review with me. It was not drawn out and I was in and out. My experience has been very rewarding. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
I have purchased two cars from this dealer / sales person in the past three years. Yesterday I purchased an SL 550. Al Zayas is very responsive to emails, phone calls and he even got all the paperwork togeth in the past three years. Yesterday I purchased an SL 550. Al Zayas is very responsive to emails, phone calls and he even got all the paperwork together and drove the car 90 miles to my home! I never had to go to the dealer to buy the car! The tank was even full! Once I had trouble setting my clock and making it sync with the analogue clock on the dash and I called him. He walked me right through it on the spot. Al fights for the lowest price for you and before he turned the car over to me he set up my iPhone and Sirius radio. More

He was very helpful with working with my credit union (faxing & phone calls). Once we got the financing done I decided to fly in so I could drive the vehicle back home. Also I had Carchex come to the dealership before I arrived to inspect the vehicle & Jim met with the inspector for photos & service. I just purchased an E-350 4matic from Al. I'm in a client service business myself I must say that the total experience was top notch. From the reception that you get when you walk in, to the help that you ge service business myself I must say that the total experience was top notch. Al knows alot about the cars and does not push at all. The finance team of Tom and Michelle were also very educated and thoughtful. You can really tell that the message from the top down, must be about building long-term relationships with clients rather than pushing products. More

I ended up buying a E 550(intended vehicle) and plan to recommend your dealership to friends and family for future automobile purchases.
