Like most Mercedes-Benz owners, we knew exactly what we wanted and were quite particular about it. We made a specific e-mail query to the dealership. We flew up to Annapolis, Md from Sarasota, Fl. to get exactly what we wanted - but were thoroughly impressed with how seamless and easy the entire purchase event went. All staff that we met at the Mercedes Benz office, whom Mr. Benso introduced us to, and with whom I had spoken with long distance were very professional and prepared. Red carpet treatment: Mr. Benso picked us up at the Annapolis airport, they had the paperwork ready, he introduced us to our new car, and then still called the next day to make sure our drive home was going well - he knew we were headed out into a large storm coming up the Eastern seaboard. Mr. Benso did not just go through the motions; he listened to us, and worked hard to ensure that every need and concern was addressed.
