Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and honest. I am only sorry I didn't visit them a year ago when I bought another luxury vehicle from a competitor. It was a sincere pleasure working with our salesman, Al Zayas, and business manager, Tom Stancavage, they took care of every detail of the sale and transaction effectively and efficiently, and were able to accommodate all of our needs. Al's customer service is over the top, he's more like a family member, wanting to make sure everything is right, before, during, and after the sale. Tom's expertise in financing and warranties helped guide us to make the right decisions for our situation, and he was an absolute joy to work with. I also want to mention Larry Gravenstein, as one of the managers of the dealership, he helped orchestrate the sale and went out of his way to take care of some logistical complications, and Michelle Norquist from the business office helped expedite the paper work after she was supposed to have gone home for the day. I can't say enough about the dealership and the people I've dealt with, it's clear they genuinely care about, and take care of their customers. More

We were lucky enough to work with Salesman Michael Benso at Mercedes of Annapolis. Mr. Benso was very informative. He did not use high pressure techniques. Mr. Benso even stayed 3 hours late after work just to wait for us to make the drive to Annapolis to see a very inexpensive used car. Mr. Benso sells high dollar mercedes all day long yet he made us feel just as important to him as if we were buying a car 10 times more expensive. Tom the finance guy was also awesome. I have never been a fan of car dealerships, salesman and expecially finance personnel but I can honestly say that for every car purchase in the future I will call Michael Benso first. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new car. More

Chris was absolutely fantastic! After I bought the car, he set up my bluetooth device, programmed my satellite system, and made sure I understood all of the features.
