I figured this would be the best way for me to speak with several dealers at once to get the most competitive quote. I also went on edmunds.com in order to get a better idea of how much people were paying for my car in the MD/VA/DC area. I can honestly say that Doug was able to beat quotes from other internet sales associates and the true market value price on edmunds.com. I am now a proud owner of a diamond white E350 coupe and would definately recommend Doug. Good luck on your search! More

My experience in purchasing a ML350 was the best. Mike listened to what I wanted and allowed me time to ask questions. We had talked to another salesman a week-or-so earlier and then returned to get some more information. Michelle Norquist (I think that's how it's spelled) was equally helpful in her role as financial manager. This is the fourth Mercedes we've purchased (the first in this area) and it was by far the best experience we've had in buying this or any auto. More

I went to this dealer just looking around, because I had already found the car I wanted to purchase at another dealer with half the paper work filled out just needed to go back and seal the deal. As this was a first Mercedes Benz, we had a lot of questions. Roger helped us to focus on what we truly wanted, and helped us to quickly find the perfect car. Upon picking up the car, Roger went over every feature to ensure we were comfortable. I really appreciated this time he spent with us.
