We came to the dealership in order to look for used C300. We didn't have an appointment but were greated warmly and courteously. Our experience with Al started on our first visit to the dealership when we purchased a used SL550 in November, 2009. We experienced a minor problem with the seat on the next day after buying the car and Al definitely went the "extra mile" to take care of the situation which included driving to us and leaving his personal vehicle so he could get the problem fixed. Over the last few months we have had 1 or 2 other minor issues that, once again, Al has been most helpful in getting resolved even though we are long distance.
