My wife was shopping for a new Mercedes and this dealership was the closest one to our home in Southern Maryland. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately met by Mike Benson, my wife ha dealership was the closest one to our home in Southern Maryland. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately met by Mike Benson, my wife had accomplished a lot of internet research on the C350 model but was also interested in the E350. Mike quickly ascertained her requirements for the cars she was interested in and took her and myself on a series of test drives in both models, he was very knowledgable about all features and aspects of the cars and pointed out the various features for both. After my wife had made her selection (C350), Mike worked out the finance process and was easily able to accomodate the financing outline she wanted, his sales manager then pointed out to us that since we were members of USAA auto insurance, she was eligible for additional price discounts which when applied, saved her additional $ of the final negotiated price !! She was very happy with the entire sales experience and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful, the entire experience was great and professionaly conducted by the entire team at the dealership. I recently purchased a 2010 GL550 from Atlantic Automotive. My sales person was Mr. Al Zayas. I had talked to Mr. Zayas quite a few times before I finally went in to the showroom to look at the veh Automotive. My sales person was Mr. Al Zayas. This procedure started over a year ago. So, I had quite a while to think about this. Mr. Zayas was most helpful with all of my questions prior to our meeting and when it came to the sale, I could not have asked for more professionlism. I must say he explained all the features of the new SUV and believe me, there are a lot of wonderful features about this vehicle. Being a female and my first experience in purchasing a vehicle, I was a little cautious.
