After visiting 5 different Mercedez Benz dealerships throughtout the DC Metro area, my last and final stop was at Mile One of Annapolis. I continue to ask myself, why didn't I start with them first... But I guess, you save the Best for last... From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, it was a wonderful experience. We were introduced to Derek, who really has a passion and thourough knowledge base of all the Mercedez that they sell. We were in the market for a used R350. Unlike other dealership's Derek knew the car inside and out. Other salesmen's we've experienced were exploring the car the same time we were and really didn't know what the car had to offer. Derek not only answered every question we could ask about the car, he gave us a reason why Mercedez is set apart from all the rest. With this being our first Benz he has convinced not only me but my husband as well that the relationship that is cultivated in this process is more meaningful than selling the car. His level of integrity and honesty is superb. I can not Thank him enough. When it was time to seal the deal he along with Drew the sales manager were more than fair. We were not in the mood to haggle and they respected that. We walked away with the car that I fell in love with from the very first time I saw it. We picked the car up the next day and I met with Michelle the financial associate. Talking with her was like chatting with one of my girlfriends:) She didn't try to sell us on a lot of things we didn't need she was honest, with a great personality. After visiting over 10 other car dealerships while looking for a new small SUV that would meet our needs and comfort for the next 5 to 10 years, we decided to visit Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. As we h looking for a new small SUV that would meet our needs and comfort for the next 5 to 10 years, we decided to visit Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. As we had done with all other small SUVs we had looked at, we researched the Mercedes-Benz model GLK350 on the web before our visit. We visited on a Wednesday around 5 pm, and were met by Mr. Steve McElroy. Steve spent the rest of the evening showing us their GLK350's and allowed us to take a test drive in a mostly fully equiped GLK350. We were provided a cost for a fully equiped GLK350, but did not sign a deal, as we wanted to visit one more dealer. On Thursday AM, I called Steve and told him to get our vehicle ready, we were ready to close the deal. The vehicle with our options was at the Port of Baltimore, and after my telephone call, the dealer obtained our vehicle although it had been ordered by a different dealer for their dealer stock. On Saturday, we arrived at the dealer's around 11:00 am and our new vehicle was ready for us. After completing the paper work with Thomas Stancavage, we were educated on all the features of the vechile by Steve. Around 2:00 pm we drove our new vehicle home. Both Steve and Tom could not have been more accommodating to us. They did not pressure us into a purchase, and were both very knowledgeable. We would recommend both of these individuals and Mercedes-Bentz of Annapolis. More
