We felt the deal was good enough to bypass our local Benz dealership and drive 60 miles to Annapolis. We were happy to see the car was excatly as advertised online. Our salesman Roger and his collegue Joe helped make the exprience a pleasent one especially considering we brought our 7 week old baby with us. The dealership has a nice lounge which made easier to take care of our baby while waiting for the paperwork to completed. The girls from the front desk were very friendly and helpful.They even provided us with a dinner discount voucher from a nearby restaurant. They let us drive home with the car after showing them a copy of the loan approval letter from our bank and a promise to mail them the check the following week. This was the best car buying experience I have had, and I would definately come back to buy another one from Annapolis Benz because of the wonderful staff (Roger Blau, Joe, Front desk girls, Tom from Finance). I have never enjoyed purchasing a car but Derek and the staff made my car buying experience very enjoyable. I was in a rush the day I picked up my car so I didn’t have an opportunity to go over all of the operational systems. Derek went out of his way to come to my home to show me the operating systems in my vehicle. I have never had such first rate customer service. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership for all of my car buying needs. More
