Doug and I had been corresponding by telephone and email for about 4 months as I did research on several vehicles in preparation for turning in a lease (Mazda CX-7). From the very start there was no pressure - just offers to help with what I needed. I was originally interested in the new GLK. When I determined that this was over what I wanted to budget, I settled on a gently used ML350 (in retrospect, the better choice as I think the GLK is a bit too small for my needs). Once I sent Doug a list of what I wanted to see in a car and my timeline, he sent me back an email with what they had and offered to search further if that didn't appeal to me. As it turned out, one of the ML350s they had in stock suited my needs fine and I made arrangements to see it. The dealership is well laid out (although parking is a bit tight - this is Annapolis) and everyone there was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and low pressure. Certainly they wanted to make a deal (and we did) but I have walked out on other dealers who were much more interested in what they wanted to sell than in what I wanted to buy. They also spoke highly of other makes that they did not sell (an acid test of sincerity). Not so here; they were patient, respectful and professional. I traveled an hour to buy my car here and would have done twice that. Five stars all around. More

I purchased two cars for my family in a three week period this past April. Both cars are Mercedes from two different dealerships. My experience at MB of Annapolis was far more superior. The staff at Annapolis always smiled and/or spoke when you came in the door/walked through showroom. My salesman(Derek)was very knowledgeable and friendly. Derek has contacted me several times through email, telephone and by US mail to see how things are going. When I returned two days later to have a full introduction to my car, he had already arranged for another salesman to go over the car features because he was feeling ill that day and didn't want to risk spreading his infection to my wife and I. We also received a free lunch voucher at a local seafood restaurant! The manager of the dealership also stopped in to shake hands and say hello as he was walking by on our second visit. The actually dealership/sales floor was very clean and quite pleasing to the eye. I would definitely recommend this dealership and my salesman, Derek to friends and family. More
