Michael Benso (Benz-o) went out of his way to make it convenient for me to get a needed repair. He drove to my workplace in Fairfax, VA, left me a loaner car, drove mine back to Annapolis for the work t convenient for me to get a needed repair. When we visited Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, we were met with friendly cordial faces at the door. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We met with Roger and we took a car out for a test drive. He provided us with relevant information on the car and was not at all overwhelming. We met with Tom, who provided us with a number of different options for financing. He also plugged in different numbers infront of us so we could pick what we were comfortable with. There was nothing hidden, Everything was upfront. Drew was very accommodating of us. He was very personable and friendly. Never at any point did we feel like we were being pressured into anything (like other dealers we have worked with in the past). After all the paperwork, Roger made sure we were all set to drive off the dealership lot. I called the dealership the day prior to make an appointment to see/test drive a 2006 ML500. I drove 1 hour to the dealership and made that clear to the salesman on the phone. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not in the best condition and there were items that needed repair. I moved on with the purchase prcedures (completing the paperwork) because I was promised the items would be repaired to my satisfaction. While waiting, Roger came to me and told me that another couple, that had been in a week earlier, was back and now interested in the vehicle that I was purchasing. He told me that they had the first option, although they had not begun any paperwork nor had their vehicle appraised. I responded by letting him know that since I had submitted paperwork and my car was currently being appraised (a 2004 Porsche Cayenne S), I was considered the "first" true potential buyer of the vehicle. Five minutes later, Roger came back to me with an appraisal of my vehicle that was nothing short of insulting. Another well-regarded mercedes dealership appraised the vehicle for over $6k more just two days prior. Roger's offer was $8k less than the blue book value. Of course, I promptly left the dealership. I dropped in to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis with my wife and son just to take a look at the used Mercedes on hand, I had no plans to purchase a new car. We walked around the outside lot and checked out several nice units. Joe approached us and offered to answer any questions that we might have, his friendly and professional approach was refreshing. With Joes help a very nice 06 black E350 fell in love with me and to be quite honest I didn't even care that my wife could see that I definitely had feelings for her. Joe performed the ceremony that same day and I have not looked back. Seriously I would recommend Joe and Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis to any one. It was and is a great experience. I visited on Friday as I am looking to trade in my current vehicle for a new or used model. John, my sales associate, was exceptionally nice and friendly. I requested that John e-mail the information so that I might look it over at my leisure. I gave him both telephone and e-mail contact information. I have not yet heard from John, as of Monday afternoon. Given the current state of the economy, particularly the luxury market, I do not feel that it should be this difficult to get information about purchasing a vehicle. More

Drew Litherland (Sales Manager) and Michael Benso (New Car Consultant) are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. The entire dealership exudes warmth, courtesy, and knowledge. I have owned 5 Mercedes, and this is the first time I have purchased one from this dealership.
