It is with great pleasure that I write this review and rating for Mr. Derrick Nedd. I had the distict pleasure of meeting and being served by Mr. Nedd. Mr. Nedd clearly demonstrates an understanding of cu rating for Mr. Derrick Nedd. I had the distict pleasure of meeting and being served by Mr. Nedd. Mr. Nedd clearly demonstrates an understanding of customer service, knowledge of his product, and general craft. From the moment that I walked in the dealership, Mr. Nedd and other staff were very accomodating and cooperative. I have owned several luxury automobiles in the past and were pleased with the vehicles. This would be my first time owning a Mercedes Benz. During my entire visit to the dealership Mr. Nedd guided me through the process from start to finish. We actually walked throughout the district where I was given a good feel for the product. During my test drive of the vehicle of my choice, Mr. Nedd was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I now have a much better appreciation for the product and those that "get it" when dealing with customers. By virtue of the efforts of Mr. Nedd, I decided to purchase my first Mercedes Benz. He provided the guidance, support (not high pressure), follow up communication, and other informational skills needed for me as an experienced consumer. They even gave us a voucher for lunch while we were waiting for a car prepared to be delivered ($15 per person at a good restauant). I have been in contact with dealers off and on since the summer. I had a C280 and wanted to upgrade to a different model in the Mercedes Benz family. Living in Baltimore City, I have been in contact with pretty much all of the dealers in my Area, but for some reason I never even considered dealing with Annapolis. Now, I wish I would have made my first call to them. Out of all of my years of buying cars, I have never had such a stress free and enjoyable experience as I did at the Mercedes dealer in Annapolis. They were totally honest and very friendly. Not only did they beat my other offers, they catered to my every need. I couldn't believe that Brian, my salesman actually brought a car to my job on my break in Baltimore City for me to just see the exterior color of a car in the daylight. I saw the car online and was totally convinced that I would hate the color. However, I have not only gotten out of a remaining year of lease term, but I am now financing the most beautiful E-350 AWD I have ever seen!!! I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering buying a Mercedes or upgrading their current one to make the Mercedes in Annapolis dealer their one and only stop. Take it from me, they won't waste your time or stop working for you until they can have you happily leaving their grounds with a deal and car that you can smile about!! More
