Price negotiation was pleasant, painless, and very acceptable from our standpoint. Tom Stancavage explained all our options for payment, and turned out the required paperwork in a very short time. To top that off, we were able to get registration and tags before we drove the car out of the show room! Before we left the dealership, Chris spent over an hour explaining the features of the car and how to use them. We have a standing invitation to come back for any additional "training" we might desire. This newest acquisition was our third Mercedes purchased from the Annapolis dealership in over 23 years. (We keep them a long time.) Each purchase event has left us with a good feeling. In another 10 years or so, I expect we'll be back for another new M-B! More
