I was greeted by my service advisor Anthony I had to take my husbands convertible Mercedes in for service, certainly not a trip anyone enjoys doing. I was greeted by my service advisor Anthony and he quickly took down all my concerns and really listened. It's almost summer time in MD and I want the top down! He followed up several times through out the day and was able to get the car quickly on the road. This is better service than when we were buying the vehicle! Key battery My car started flashing saying battery. I thought my baby was broke. I called the dealer mans Mike Adams answered. I was so concerned and worried. i told mike what my car said and he said no worries. Just need a key battery and to come on by and he would give me a battery. I stopped in and he replaced my key battery free of charge and I was on my way. I'm sure the bettery cost something but he didn't charge me. What a great gesture and a way to me keep coming back for service. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis is a far cry from where it use to be and continues to impress. More
