My Second Time Coming in for Service I met my representative at the first scheduled maintenance service. He was terrific from the start. He took the utmost care including making sure I I met my representative at the first scheduled maintenance service. He was terrific from the start. He took the utmost care including making sure I had a great loaner. My car required extra time because a part had to be ordered. Alex kept me updated on a daily basis. Because of that experience, I returned for my most recent service. I did not purchase my car at this Mercedes dealer but because of my first experience, I will always use Alex for my service needs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the time you pull up to drop the car off until the time pf pick-up. I highly recommend this service dealer. More

First visit - wonderful service This was my first visit to the Service center for an unexpected repair. I didn't have an appointment, but my salesperson told me to see Alex. Service with Kayla I visited the dealership to have some bulbs replaced an found out the Iamp carriers needed replacement. Kayla was very courteous and explained the ne I visited the dealership to have some bulbs replaced an found out the Iamp carriers needed replacement. Kayla was very courteous and explained the need for getting the replacement done. She also keep me informed throughout the process. Needless to say after leaving dealership message light kept coming on. Called Kayla and she asked me to bring car back in. On second visit Kayla apologized for the problem and had a technician look at it . After speaking with technician Kayla explained the reason for the messages and that the problem was fixed. Again she kept me informed during the process. Kayla your excellent customer service made me a believer in dealership service again. Thanks. More

Excellent service with exceptional customer service. Came in iriate because of car not working properly but Sean had patience with me, listened and was able to pinpoint the problem.
