While waiting Rodd Bowman the service manager came out to explain the reassignment and ask if there was anything that needed attention while I waited for Alex. Wow, what attention to detail. During the course of service and repairs, Alex was in constant contact to update me with progress. This is attention to detail that returns buyers to the dealership.
