Arella Berger is terrific! !! First of all, she is "customer-centric" as she made me feel comfortable with the experience of purchasing my first EV. I didn't sense that being !! First of all, she is "customer-centric" as she made me feel comfortable with the experience of purchasing my first EV. I didn't sense that being with her was about the "sale" as much as it was about "my learning experience and comfort level" while we engaged in the process of her teaching me and allowing me to understand the benefits of purchasing an EV. She patiently and thoroughly walked me through the experience both in the showroom and during the "test drive." Putting all of this very simply, "You can relax when being with Arella as it is easy to like her and trust her." Thank you!!!
