He got us to the dealership in time to get a loaner, and took amazing care of us. He turned us over to Tommy Tate who took us over the finish line and had us on our way in moments. And, I have to give a special shout out to Sean Engelhard, who has been our customer service lead for years - he always manages to be there and fix problems - always.
