Careful, quality, and professional service I recently leased a GLA 250 from this dealership. My initial consultation was with manager Sylvia Miranda, who connected me with sales specialist Phi I recently leased a GLA 250 from this dealership. My initial consultation was with manager Sylvia Miranda, who connected me with sales specialist Phillip Yang. Phillip was immediately responsive to all my questions about the MB experience, and the task of finding the exact car that fit my needs, wants, and finances. After looking at many cars, we found the perfect car. I then sat down with finance specialist Andy Tan, who carefully went over the money details...and sharpened all the fine points of my leasing options. He was patient and very helpful. While the financing was finishing up, my new car was going through "new car prep" downstairs, so I could drive home with a pristine and sparkling new triple black GLA 250. I can highly recommend this dealership, and the services of all 3 people I am thanking in my review. More

Good experience with a couple hiccups I happened upon this dealership purely by accident. I do not live in the immediate area. There are several other dealers closer to me but I located I happened upon this dealership purely by accident. I do not live in the immediate area. There are several other dealers closer to me but I located a car that I was interested in by doing an internet search. I made an appointment with Sam, the internet sales manager, to view and drive the car. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Sam was extremely accommodating and helpful through the several weeks of negotiation which ensued. When I went in to purchase the car I was helped by Armen because Sam was not available. He too was very helpful and friendly. I found my experience to be pleasant and the staff very accommodating. My only issue was the post-document signing issues which happened in the week following the purchase. I was contacted multiple times by phone and text to go to my professional web site and fill out and send in a document they needed to process the organization fleet discount. At the time of the purchase I had provided them with my active membership info and well as a link to the web site showing I was an current member. The onus was put on me to prove my active membership on several occasions in addition to what I had already supplied to them at the time of the sale. I was not able to locate the specific document (and provide the number needed for this document) that Mercedes-Benz needed signed and processed for the fleet discount. Ultimately, they located the document they required and I signed it and returned it to them. There was additional DMV paperwork on my trade-in which they also needed signed and returned to them after the fact. This came to me over a week past the sale date. These documentation issues seemed odd to me in light of the fact that the deal had already been done and I had signed on the dotted line. I have purchased multiple cars over the years and never had to revisit sales documents and additional paperwork at a later date. This is the only reason I can not give 5 Stars. I felt a bit like I was being put on the spot and questioned about my membership status in spite of all I had provided for them on the day of the purchase. I do know they were transitioning to a new software system for purchase and lease contracts. Perhaps this was the issue. Regardless of this, I would consider purchasing a future car from Rusnak and would recommend them. More
