Rusnak Arcadia always exceeds expectations! I am always treated respectfully at this dealership. They go above and beyond. Service technician Israel responded quickly and professionally to my de I am always treated respectfully at this dealership. They go above and beyond. Service technician Israel responded quickly and professionally to my dead battery issue and came right out to my home to charge the battery and diagnose why the car would not start. The next day when I went in to the service department to have the battery checked out Israel met me at the desk as he, too, wanted to know the cause of the problem. The entire staff was helpful and professional. It's a pleasure to have my MB E350 cared for at Rusnak Arcadia. More
