Dave Smith & Juan Del Castillo in Service and JT Tillary in Sales all worked diligently to help with claims, diagnosis and purchase of a replacement MB SUV from you. EXCELLENT SERVICE & REP I actually have had 2 of your/my MBs in for service actions in the last 3 weeks. The worst car buying experience ever! Avoid Robert Luu and Mike Fisher. They are incompetent at best. It took two days for them to provide a legible buyers order ( the first one looked like it was typed b and Mike Fisher. They are incompetent at best. It took two days for them to provide a legible buyers order ( the first one looked like it was typed by a 4 year old) and in the meantime they sold the car out from under me, even though I had a deposit and full payment prepared. This was a complete waste of my time and a tortuous, broken process. I expected more from a Mercedes-Benz dealer. More
Everything was fast, picked the car online and went over numbers on the phone and they had the car ready when I got there and quickly in like 30 minutes signed the papers and in 1 hour I was driving my new numbers on the phone and they had the car ready when I got there and quickly in like 30 minutes signed the papers and in 1 hour I was driving my new car, also the sale representative was very nice and helpful, showed me every detail of the car.
