Not exactly true. I communicated and have email proof. Mike never responded and had he sent a legible buyers order in a timely fashion, we wouldn't be having this conversation. You can hide behind 80 years etc, etc but it doesn't hide the incompetence in my review.

And further more, if you really "cared" you would have asked to see the joke of a buyers order that was sent to me...or you might ask to see the proof of my multiple communications instead of blindly taking the word of your employees. Sounds to me like you want to brush this under the rug.
