Best Buying Experience with Frank Namin I worked with Frank Namin to purchase my 2018 GLE 350. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Frank did not waste my time with negotiation games a I worked with Frank Namin to purchase my 2018 GLE 350. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Frank did not waste my time with negotiation games and tactics. He understood what I wanted and needed and what was important to me. We started over the phone and within an hour we had a deal and I was coming into the dealership within a few days to drop off my lease and pick up my new vehicle. When I met Frank I feel as though I was in great hands, he took care of EVERYTHING!!! Frank ensured that I was in touch with a Service Manager when I am ready for my service appointments. Even after my sale I had a follow up question and within an hour of emailing Frank I already received a call from someone in Service to walk me through my troubleshooting. Frank was not just concerned with winning my business in that transaction, but his post sales services was excellent and I am sure I will be chatting with him when I am ready to lease my next vehicle.
