Excellence the service manager that I have always dealt with in regards to any of my cars is Mr. McNeely. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure that the the service manager that I have always dealt with in regards to any of my cars is Mr. McNeely. He has always gone above and beyond to ensure that the wok done on my car was excellent. He always calls me with an update and if there are price changes to what he told me when I bought in for service. If I want something else done while they car is in service; he makes sure that my request is taken care of. I would never take my car to anyone else but MB of Arlington as long as he is working there. He is very patient, even when I call in upset about a problem with my car!! I say kudos to MB for hiring such a great person to represent them. I will always bring my car there as long as Mr. McNeely is my service manager. More

Excellent help with a thorny problem. I was told that a defective part, out of warranty for two months and not covered by my extended warranty was going to cost about $1500 to replace.
