He was absolutely great, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and classy. I love the car! Since that experience we consider JT as a friend. When we decided to buy a new car for my husband, JT recommended Clayton Garrett. Working with Garret was very enjoyable and professional. We changed our choice for the car in the middle of the proceedings, but without a blink, Clayton made it happen. We got a new 2016 E350 4MATIC and we love it! We are very impressed that the dealership sent Clayton to Germany as a reward. We had a great and easy time with Senior Business Manager, Michael Papadopoulos, and met Sales Manager, Mark Zetlin. We felt like at home with the family! More

Great service with buying......all numbers disclosed prior to purchase, and no surprises at delivery. Their Assistant Manager, Mike Fisher, reached out to me to make sure my purchase was satisfactory, and it was. This is where it gets great.....A year later, I moved to TX and someone keyed my S400. My car is Magnetite Black....a color hard to match. I reached out to Mike Fisher and he immediately send me the exact paint and clearcoat to touch up. Check this out........I am not in VA any longer, chances are, I wont drive 1500 miles to Arlington to buy another car from them, but he had the good conscience to feel my pain and send me the right paint! He didn't have to do it, but he did. I highly recommend Mike and his team. If you ever consider buying an MB, please stop by and ask for him. He will make it happen for you. I really hope MB reads my review and recognizes Mike for his exemplary service and commitment. I hope Mercedes-Benz of Arlington gives him the appreciation he deserves.
