Service Needed service on non operating rear turn signal. The bulb housing had "melted" (how is that possible?). Had to be replaced at a cost of $500. Emergency Service On arrival to visit family in Arlington, VA I damage a tire. Subsequently drove to MB of Arlington and arrived without an appointment. Sceduled Maintenance Service I had to cal each day for 3 days to learn the status of my car. I was never called. I was told on the phone that something was needed for the engine I had to cal each day for 3 days to learn the status of my car. I was never called.
