I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning from upstate NY expecting to pickup my new E350 sport sedan that I had previously contracted to buy. I understand how there is a significant and lucrative clientele who value and can afford high touch turn-key service. For myself, I appreciate the German engineering and have more of a tolerance to more selectively have repairs applied. For some reason, I immediately felt very comfortable with Kit, and he restored my confidence that I want to continue to use Mercedes Arlington as my car repair place. More
