Dan always does a great job and looks after me. As an FYI, the rear view mirror that I asked to be fixed last time around still isnt working (garage door buttons). Technical service at ASC is excellent, bar none. They have Enterprise rental car right in the service bay, which they use for loaner cars, and that is very convenient. Customer service is very good, and they've started using a new automated online portal for service status, but it is not always up to date. Cars are not always ready when they say they will be and the checkout counter sometimes has difficulty finding the paperwork and car keys. Staff at parts counter is excellent. The real negative, and it is a big negative, is that their service prices are ridiculously high, and their service technicians work on commission. One example: replacing an oxygen sensor that costs $105 online was priced at $620, and their labor estimate was 2.5 hours for something that took me only 40 minutes. I think their desired customer is someone who doesn't know much about what service should cost, or is so rich they don't care. More

I tried for two days without any success and then brought the car directly into the shop without any appointment. The front desk needs to be a little more friendly and proactive in working with the customers--I don't like talking to answering machines. More
We came to Arlington on vacation and before coming we was online and saw that you had 2 Bluetec ML350 Dakota Brown SUVs. This is what we were looking for. After a very pleasant greeting at the door from Clayton we knew he was the man we wanted to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the ML350 and very easy to talk to. He kept us informed and while the vehicle was being prepped, we wanted to walk to Macys. He told us how to get there and even loaned us an umbrella. I will seriously consider you for future vehicle purchases. Thanks again and I believe you have a great salesman with very great people skills. I wish he was more local, I would come for personal visits. More

My review is like a tale of 2 cities. First the good-JT was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable and made my experience the day I returned a pleasure. The dealership also finally made right by me but only after I wrote a review here. Now the bad-Frank Azimi. He was the initial salesman who after making a deal with took $3000 off what he offered me on my trade clawing that the lower figure was what he offered me. I left to leave the dealership and after his assistant told him I was right he only offered to add $2000 of the $3000 back. When I got in my car to leave he yanked open my car door. I wrote a letter to the dealership but no one in management responded to me and Frank sent an apology full of lies. Only after I wrote a review here did a person from management contact me. He wanted to make me happy and offered me an extra $1000 off the original deal and a$100 gift card for my daughter who went with me and felt insulted by Frank. So I am satisfied with the overall deal and highly recommend JT and will use him if I am in the market for a per owned Mercedes as my next car. I on the other hand would not buy a stick of gum from Frank. In the bend ASC did well by me and would use again. More

Everything went according to the schedule presented.
