Excellent service and friendly personnel. Routine maintenance was completed in the timeframe promised. My car was returned to me in a clean condition -- great wash and vacuum job! I called and made an appointment but when I arrived they did not have an appointment for me. I know I called the right place because they gave me directions to your location. I'm not sure why because they shuttled me back to my office and I asked the driver if they were busy today and he said "no, not at all." Once they dropped me off, it took them a long time to call me back with their diagnosis. I had sent an email to my Service Advisor and never got a call back. Since I am a short walk to the dealer, I stopped by after I ate lunch around 1:45pm. I was angry and ready to tell them to give me my car back so I could go elsewhere. My advisor (Dan) was somehwat surprised to see me and said that he didn't know what was going on with my car since he had just got back from lunch as well. I guess they get really long lunches or he had a late lunch and failed to talk to the mechanic before he left for lunch. At that point, I asked him if he received my email and he said yes. He said he did not pass the information along to the mechanic because he would tell him to "F" off. Those are the works he used for verbatim. Even know I am easy going, I thought it was very unprofessional for an upscale delaership. The mechanic did a really goof job of diagnosing and fixing my issue but my overall experience was poor.
