Mercedes-Benz of Arlington is committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on this DealerRater review, the customer did not share in that experience. That is very disappointing to us and we have been working with this customer privately to ensure to them that we value each customer that walks through our doors. Unfortunately, the customer took the comments made by the Service Advisor out of context. We appreciate feedback and the opportunity to resolve any concerns and grow in our practices.

I have a hard time swallowing Mercedes-Benz of Arlington response. They claim I took the Service Advisor's comments "out of context." I did not! Their response it's simply not true which makes me even angrier. They also claimed in their response they have been "working with me privately." If that means the Service Advisor called me and SQUEEZED out an "I'm sorry" then yes, they are working with me privately. One phone call to me does not constitute "working with me." The fact of the matter is the Service Advisor was a xxxxx, took a late and long lunch, did not talk to the mechanic before he took his lunch and did NOT bother to give me a call to let me know the status of my car prior to feeding his face. Those are the facts and they are undisputed.
