Cash purchase. Sales' "tags & titling" person didn't put both my wife and me on the title as was clearly typed on the purchase order. Three faxes and one phone call to the general manager received only one call-back but still no action 30 days later. If they can't get the purchase transaction correct after almost five months, why would I ever chance taking the vehicle there for service? More

Much experience with this dealer re: both sales and service. Their attitude is astonishing... it's like "throw us your money and shut up" ... they won't lift a finger on the sales side, it's take it o service. Took it back and they fixed it halfway, then I decided to cut my losses and use another mechanic. BEWARE THIS PLACE!!! More

Went in to look at a Mercedes and the salesman made me feel like I was at a used Yugo lot. I am a race car driver, a silent partner in a car dealer, and a finance lawyer. I wanted a blue car and the salesman said he had one coming in. It was metallic black, but he was trying to convince me it was blue! It was clearly black. Then he played the stupid trick of "what would you pay?" "If we gave you this price, would you buy it now?" I hate those games and can't imagine who enjoys them. That is not the experience I would expect at a Mercedes dealer. I bought a BMW. More
