Great Service At Atlanta Classic It's a shame when you have "no" problem with spending your hard earned money for service at Atlanta Classic. Bobby Waites is my adviser and I trust hi It's a shame when you have "no" problem with spending your hard earned money for service at Atlanta Classic. Bobby Waites is my adviser and I trust him like family. If he says I need it, I get it! His concerns for both my cars (CLS 500 and SLK 350) are like they are his own. The facility itself is like driving up to a 5 star hotel where the very polite greeters open your door and usher you into the elegant waiting room. While there you are offered beverages of all kind and televisions situated to view from any area. I could go on and on, but I will not trust my cars with no other facility than Atlanta Classic. My car was damaged while in the care of the Collision Center and John refused to listen to me as a customer. He was allowed to talk down to me, and tell me what they were not going to do. He was support by the owner, Joanna Ellis. When Ms. Ellis called me she stated that she stood by her manager and supported his decision. What type of owner of a renowned company would support an employee and allow them to degrade and abuse a customer? I have totally lost respect for this corporation. I have been a member of the Mercedes Benz family since 2002 and never had an experience such as this. I guess when you have a lot of customers, customer service is not at the top of the priority list. In business we must never forget that without the support of our customer we would not be able to own, operate, or be an employee and have a successful business without the customers patronizing the business. Ray Kroc said it best, " If you work just for money, you'll never make it, but if you love what you're doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours". More

Bad customer service I will start my saying my only experience was with the collision center. Everyone there was as nice as can be, until i noticed issues with the work th I will start my saying my only experience was with the collision center. Everyone there was as nice as can be, until i noticed issues with the work they performed. I initially went to pick up my car and it wasn't ready for me. They forgot to paint a couple of things, one that was on the estimate. The second time i went, the car still wasn't ready due to confusion between them and the insurance company. The third time i went (keep in mind i live 1.5 hours away), i noticed the car driving odd and a mark on my wheel. That is when they began to be rude to me. Denise ignored my concerns about damage to my wheel that happened in their shop. They readjusted alignment on my car and i finally picked it up. When i got home, i found something else wrong with my bumper, forcing me to return for a 5th time because of them. I will consider using the service center due to their good reviews, but the collision center was the worst shop i've dealt with. I spoke with the GM Steve about my concerns with their quality, he didn't care nor agree with me. I felt like i was talking to a parent about their baby, who was too stubborn to acknowledge their child did anything wrong. He refused to hear my concerns, and when i asked him about damage i KNOW they did to my wheel, his only response was "No". After you're payed $3,000 to perform simple work on my car, i deserve better. More

Deplorable Service Department - Awesome Sales Process If I could rate this service department with 0 stars I would. Let me caution all buyers who are contemplating purchasing a MB from this dealer. First off the sales process is awesome, but the service department is absolutely awful. I have purchased two Mercedes Benz's from this dealer (CLS550 and CLA250) and it takes a week to get an appointment from the service department. This is not my first attempt at trying to schedule service in fact all four times I have called the standard default is 1 week as much as 2 weeks to do the most minor of things. You are better off buying a F-150 from a service perspective. Again the sales department is great, but the service department is a flipping joke. The service manager would not even return my call, rather sends me a silly email asking me to rate my experience and hence this review. After spending $135K you would think they would treat their customers better. More

And he was never rude to me or questioned what I had to say. The detailing department was also very professional. Never had my car look sogood. So good that I come back with my other cars that aren't Mercedes to get them cleaned. I just wish that hey could service other cars and not just Mercedes. Called Kim and asked about the wheel and tire insurance we bought on the car. She said "no appointment needed, bring it any time". If the insurance claim is easy she makes it easier. Got that taken care of like 10 mins. Not long after, I hit a couple potholes and rocks on the roads of Midtown and one of my AMG wheel was victimized. It was like seeing the most beautiful thing hurt and damaged in a way that's no better than the end of the world. I emailed Kim again the night of labor day. The next morning she sent someone to call me for an appointment coz' wheel people are not there every day. We brought it and again Kim made it a breeze to get that taken of. We all know expensive cars need some insurance, but without the guaranteed service that is going to back that up any insurance would be a scam, to say the worst. In that sense, Kim and her ACC team are the reason why these premier insurance products are able to stand on their ground - the first class service that stands behind it is what makes them real. More
