I am disappointed to say the least. I purchased a brand new vehicle in June. This is the second time it has been in service since. Both times, electrical issues. I don’t have a loaner v I purchased a brand new vehicle in June. This is the second time it has been in service since. Both times, electrical issues. I don’t have a loaner vehicle to drive and someone has been checking on that since Saturday afternoon…it’s Monday evening. I have to call multiple times to get someone on the phone to answer questions and find out what’s going on with my vehicle. Of course everyone was available during the purchasing process and now that I am responsible no one is available. No one took the time to go over features of the car with me when I purchased it. This will probably be my last time going to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced. I am very disappointed. More
