I will never take my car back to this dealership. The same day I picked up my car from getting the Plan B service, my windshield washer light came on and then 2 days later, I noticed break problems. I confronted the manager about this and told him I felt they never even looked at my car, but yet charged me $700 for bogus work. Of course they denied and gave some flimsy explanation as to why my car was malfunctioning. My advice to anyone going to this place is to stay on the premise the entire your car is being serviced. I wouldn't trust those people as far as I can see them. George P. More
I will never bring my Mercedes back to MB South Atlanta again for service! Pursuant to a 7:30 appt, I dropped my vehicle off for a Service B w/ Kevin Wade in the Service Dept. I was promised my completed again for service! Pursuant to a 7:30 appt, I dropped my vehicle off for a Service B w/ Kevin Wade in the Service Dept. I was promised my completed vehicle by early afternoon. When I did not hear from anyone by 4pm, I called to check status. Kevin did not call me until 5:10 pm to inform me that he was leaving at 5:30 (& Kevin informed me that I should be at the dealership no later than 6 pm if I wanted to "rent" a car from the Enterprise desk for the weekend), and that my car was not quite ready because he had a tech leave early. My car would not be ready until the following Monday!!! My husband spoke w/Kevin minutes after I did to explain that this was not acceptable. Kevin then acknowledged to my husband that "actually, the Service was never started." I am appauled that I was lied to in the initial telephone call and deceived to believe that work had begun on my car, when in fact my car sat for 9 plus hours on their lot untouched by the service department! I will never return to South Atlanta for service or to purchase another new vehicle, nor will I refer family/friends. I am extremely upset about the events today, and cannot believe that my car sat all day without anyone having the decency to call me to inform me that no service could be done on my car, especially since I am a longtime customer---I previously purchased two new cars from S. Atlanta. The company was not well-served by the actions of their employees today. More
