I used the airport parking service for the first time, and Mark was great. It was so easy and convienent. Probably cut at least an hour of time it would have taken if I parked in an off airport lot, let a and Mark was great. It was so easy and convienent. I also arranged to have my car serviced with Kelley while they had the car and all repairs made and service report in the car when I returned from my trip. Wonderful purchasing experience! Staff has been very helpful even after I drove off the lot. I tried to deal with closer dealerships in my area but the customer service and attempt to purchase a new ve helpful even after I drove off the lot. I had a less than positive experience with my older Mercedes SUV which was on lease. Nothing that was the fault of the dealership, but just dissatisfaction with my car experience. At the end of my lease, I had the opportunity to meet and talk with two people in the sales department, Jeff Garris and Ernest Dixon. They took the time to actually listen to me. Although they couldn't fix past events, they gave me enough confidence that I will try another Mercedes on my next purchase, and I will buy it from this dealership. It was such a rare event to have people that actually cared about my comments and experiences and I absolutley believe that they will see that I am taken care of. I have no hesitancy recommending this dealership from a customer service standpoint. More
Under new management, and it's only gotten better. These guys are known in certain MB-savvy circles as the true class act in the Atlanta area. Peter Gaich in service is a superior individual, and heads up a wonderfully competent service department. I've been frequenting this shop for more than 10 years, and have NEVER had an overprice/unauthorized work, just no problems whatsoever. I couldn't say that about my experiences with my Japanese luxury car. They have an airport parking thing that looks really attractive, although I haven't had the opp to use it to date. It took me 3 years to finally find my last MB, and I'm sure Alvin will have the patience to work with me for as long as it takes this time as well. Success to you MB of Atlanta - I'm sincerely glad I have the chance to be one of your customers. More

I have been having my 2000 E-320 serviced at MBSA for many years. There have been issues with the vehicle that I was in disagreement with in term of cost for services. The company has always worked out all problems with me and the outcome was a win-win relationship. I have recieved 5-Star on my car. I have been treated as a family member. We have developed a partnership. I take excellent car of my car. MBSA do their part in keep the car in excellent condition. The car is 10 years old and runs like a new car.
